A23

The Beechcraft A23 is a fixed-gear light aircraft that belongs to the Beechcraft Musketeer series. Beechcraft, now a brand of Textron Aviation, was founded in 1932 by Walter H. Beech. The company established a strong reputation for producing both civilian and military aircraft, including iconic models like the Model 18 and the Bonanza. The Musketeer line, aimed at the general aviation market, was introduced in the early 1960s. The A23-24 Super III variant, certified in 1968, offered improved performance with a 200 hp Lycoming engine and a constant-speed propeller. Production of the A23-24 model ran from 1966 to 1969, with 363 aircraft manufactured.
