A109

The Beagle A109 Airedale is a British light civil aircraft, developed by Beagle Aircraft in the 1960s. It originated as the Auster D.8, based on the Auster C.6 Atlantic design. Production of the Airedale ceased in 1965, marking its brief manufacturing history as part of the Beagle Aircraft production line.

A variety of access solutions are suitable for maintenance around the A109. Platforms and stands, including Reach Deck Platform, Modular Stepover Platforms, Super Trestle Scaffold, Ultraraise, Super Service Stand, Easyraise, Bridge Deck, and Cantilever Platform, support technicians working on various aircraft sections.

For the Nose Section, these platforms aid in access to the Radome, Antenna, Nose Avionics, Windshield & Cockpit, and Bulkhead. The Forward Fuselage access needs, such as the Main Entry Door, Cargo/Baggage areas, and Environmental Control System, are addressed by these solutions. Specific items like the Aviation Chock and Cone Trolley facilitate operations around the Landing Gear (Nose and Main).

Maintenance of the Middle Fuselage / Wing Box Area, including Fuel Tanks and Cabin Interior, benefits from adaptable platforms. Work on the Wing & Engine Pylon (Engine Inlets/Exhaust, Engine Body, and Undercowl) and the AFT Fuselage (AFT Bulkhead and Rear Avionics) is made straightforward. Platforms also provide the necessary height for the Tail Section (Vertical Stabiliser and Horizontal Stabiliser).
