A-9A

The A-9A is an agricultural aircraft produced by Intermountain Manufacturing. Intermountain Manufacturing Company (IMCO) was formed in 1962 when it acquired the assets of the defunct Call Aircraft Company. The manufacturer began production of the CallAir A-9 aircraft the following year. IMCO later became a parent company of Aero Commander.

A range of height access solutions supports thorough maintenance across the A-9A. These products—including Reach Deck Platform, Modular Stepover Platforms, Ultraraise, and Super Service Stand—provide crucial elevation access for all major sections of the aircraft.

For the Nose Section, these solutions address access for the windshield, cockpit, and bulkhead. Access for the Forward Fuselage covers the main entry door, cargo areas, and forward wheel well. Access solutions also support the Landing Gear (NLG and MLG). Furthermore, platforms and stands facilitate detailed work across the Middle Fuselage/Wing Box Area, including wing box and fuel tank access, and the Wing & Engine Pylon section for servicing the engine, fuel systems, and hydraulics. Specialized equipment is available for general access and for servicing the AFT Fuselage and Tail Section (Empennage), including stabilizers and the rudder.
