65

Beechcraft, a foundational American general aviation manufacturer, is renowned for its enduring aircraft designs, including the iconic Model 17 “Staggerwing” and the widely used Bonanza. This legacy of dedication to durable airframes continues today as part of Textron Aviation. The Model 65, the original configuration of the Queen Air line, was in production until 1967, setting the stage for the succeeding King Air dynasty. This initial version of the light twin-engine aircraft featured straight, unswept tails and short-span wings, utilizing two 340 hp Lycoming IGSO-480 engines.

Access solutions facilitate methodical maintenance for this aircraft. Platforms like the Super Maintenance Platform and Reach Deck Platform enable safe access for Wing & Engine Pylon procedures, targeting the engine components, pylon, and anti-ice systems. Flexible, mobile solutions such as the Ultraraise, Easyraise, and Super Trestle Scaffold are ideal for working on the Nose Section (radome, avionics) and high-reach requirements on the AFT Fuselage and Tail Section (stabilizers, rudder). Modular Stepover Platforms and the Bridge Deck solve complex access requirements around the Middle Fuselage/Wing Box Area (fuel, oil maintenance) and Forward Fuselage (cabin entry, cargo). Furthermore, A Frame Aviation Platforms and Platform Ladder Warthogs support thorough inspections and maintenance on the Landing Gear.
