The WREN Aircraft 460/182J is an exceptional short take-off and landing (STOL) variant, developed from the Cessna 180/182 series. The manufacturer, Wren Aircraft Corp, began production of the original Model 460 in Fort Worth, Texas, starting in 1963. While the initial run ceased around 1975, production later re-commenced, demonstrating the aircraft’s enduring utility. Over 700 units of the Wren 460 family were built, celebrated for their unique modifications, including a forward canard system and full-span slotted flaps.
