401B

The 401B is part of the Cessna 401 series, a twin-piston, turbocharged, low-wing corporate transport aircraft. Produced by Cessna between 1970 and 1972, the 401B offered accommodations for up to nine passengers and one pilot, featuring retractable landing gear and constant speed, fully feathering propellers. This model succeeded the 401A with minor updates before being replaced by the 402B.

Cessna is a foundational name in general aviation, established by Clyde Cessna in Wichita, Kansas, in the early 20th century. The company pioneered several aircraft types, becoming synonymous with sturdy, reliable light and business aircraft production worldwide.

A range of platforms and access solutions are stocked for use around this aircraft, enabling detailed maintenance across critical areas. For the Nose Section, access solutions support work on the radome, antenna, nose avionics, windshield & cockpit, and bulkhead. They also facilitate access to the Forward Fuselage for the Main Entry Door (MED), cargo/baggage, lighting systems, cabin access, Environmental Control System (ECS), and forward wheel well access.

Platforms also address Landing Gear needs for the nose landing gear (NLG) and main landing gear (MLG). In the Middle Fuselage / Wing Box Area, they provide access to the wing box, fuel tanks, oil maintenance, cabin interior, Wi-Fi, and emergency exit. The Wing & Engine Pylon access solutions are indispensable for servicing the pylon, anti-ice systems, engine components, hydraulics, and fuel systems. Furthermore, access is covered for the AFT Fuselage (bulkhead, cargo, cabin doors, auxiliary fuel, ducting, and rear avionics) and the Tail Section (Vertical and Horizontal Stabilizer, Rudder).
