3202

The 3202 is a French military trainer aircraft designed and built by NORD Aviation. NORD Aviation was formed in 1957 through the merger of several French aircraft manufacturers, playing a significant role in post-war French aerospace. The company developed the 3202 to meet a French Army requirement for a two-seat basic trainer to replace the Stampe SV.4 biplane. The aircraft features a cantilever low-wing monoplane design with fixed tailwheel landing gear.

The first flight of the 3202 was on April 17, 1957. A total of 101 examples were built, serving primarily for military pilot instruction until retirement. Many units transitioned to civilian owners afterward.

A variety of access solutions support detailed maintenance for this single-engine trainer. Portable platforms and step-over stands, such as the Modular Stepover Platforms and Super Service Stand, provide access across the airframe. The Tail Section (Empennage), including the Horizontal Stabiliser and Rudder, requires reliable height access, which platforms like the Easyraise and Cantilever Platform facilitate. The Nose Section (Windshield & Cockpit) and the Wing & Engine Pylon areas (Engine body, Hydraulics) benefit from adjustable platforms for precise access. Maintenance of the Landing Gear (NLG + MLG) and general airframe tasks also utilize these foundational access tools.
