The Beechcraft Model 23, known initially as the Musketeer and later the Sundowner, is a four-seat light cabin aircraft. Manufactured by Beechcraft from 1963 to 1983, over 4,000 units were delivered. The Model 23 was designed as a lightweight trainer aircraft with a low-wing and fixed tricycle landing gear, initially powered by a 160 hp Lycoming O-320-D2B piston engine.

Beechcraft was founded in Wichita, Kansas, in 1932 by Walter Beech, Olive Ann Beech, and Ted A. Wells. Their legacy began with the Beechcraft Model 17 Staggerwing. Today, the brand is a mark of excellence in capable aircraft, now operating under Textron Aviation.

Access solutions, including Reach Deck Platforms, Modular Stepover Platforms, Super Trestle Scaffold, and Ultraraise, support maintenance across various aircraft sections. The A Frame Aviation Platform and Super Maintenance Platform provide access to the Nose Section (Windshield & Cockpit, Nose Avionics) and Forward Fuselage (Cabin Access, Cargo/Baggage). Cantilever Platforms are valuable for reaching the Wing & Engine Pylon (Engine Inlet/Exhaust, Undercowl) and the Tail Section (Vertical and Horizontal Stabilisers, Rudder). Mobile access stands, like the Super Service Stand and Platform Ladder Warthog, are used for General Access and servicing the Landing Gear (NLG and MLG). Bridge Deck and Modular Stepover Platforms facilitate access to the Middle Fuselage / Wing Box Area (Fuel Tanks, Oil Maintenance).
