Iniziative Industriali Italiane S.p.A. (3I) was an Italian aircraft manufacturer best known for the 3I Sky Arrow, a tandem two-seat, high-wing light aircraft. The company entered bankruptcy proceedings in 2008, and the Sky Arrow design was subsequently purchased by Magnaghi Aeronautica in 2012. Therefore, 3I does not currently manufacture aircraft. Its historical product is the Sky Arrow.
