Howard Hughes Engineering is an Australian company founded in the mid-1970s, primarily known for aerospace, automotive manufacturing, boat building, and general engineering. They are most famous for their kit aircraft, marketed under the Australian Lightwing brand. Current and well-known products include various light-sport and kit aircraft models such as the Australian Lightwing GR 912, SP-2000 Speed, SP-4000 Speed, and SP-6000. Historically, the company also produced the Hughes Engineering Cunning Cat 30 ft sailboat and developed software and a flight simulator.
