Hawker Beechcraft

Hawker Beechcraft Corporation (HBC) was an American aerospace manufacturing company that produced the Beechcraft and Hawker lines of aircraft from 2006 to 2013, when it was succeeded by Beechcraft Corporation. Headquartered in Wichita, Kansas, HBC manufactured general aviation aircraft and business jets. Well-known products included piston-propeller aircraft like the Beechcraft Baron and Bonanza, and jets such as the Beechcraft Premier I and the Hawker series, including the Hawker 400XP, 750, 850XP, 900XP, 1000, and 4000. The company’s history stems from Raytheon’s 1994 merger of Beech Aircraft Corporation and Raytheon Corporate Jets. Its aircraft remain popular in business aviation.
