Gippsaero

GippsAero, formerly known as Gippsland Aeronautics, is an Australian aircraft manufacturer known for its utility aircraft. Its most well-known current product is the GA8 Airvan, a single-engine, high-wing utility aircraft widely used for passenger transport, freight, and skydiving operations.

Historically, the company began with the GA200 Fatman, an agricultural aircraft, and later developed the four-seater GA10. The GA8 Airvan remains its primary commercial success, recognized globally for its rugged design and short take-off and landing capabilities, particularly suited for remote operations. GippsAero was acquired by Mahindra Aerospace in 2009.
