Geo Parnall and Co

George Parnall & Co. Ltd., or Parnall, was a British aircraft manufacturer that began in 1916, evolving from the Bristol-based Parnall & Sons shopfitters. The company was a significant designer of military and civil aircraft until the 1940s.

Parnall is known entirely for its historical products, which include a line of experimental and naval military aircraft, such as the Parnall Scout, the Panther, the Puffin, and the Peto (a submarine-carried reconnaissance seaplane). Other historical aircraft include the Pixie and the Pipit.

The company diversified into domestic appliances after WWII and ceased to exist as an independent entity when it was acquired by the TI Group in 1967. Parnall does not have any well-known current products in the aerospace sector.
