PA-28-235

The PA-28-235, known as the Cherokee Pathfinder and later the Dakota, is a single-engine, four-seat light aircraft from the successful Piper Cherokee family. The Cherokee series began production in 1960 as a replacement for the Piper Tri-Pacer, distinguished by its all-metal construction and low-wing design. The 235 variant is notable for its powerful Lycoming O-540 engine, providing increased performance and payload capacity.

PIPER Aircraft, the foundational manufacturer, traces its history back to the Taylor Brothers Aircraft Corporation, established in 1927. William T. Piper acquired control of the company in 1937, renaming it Piper Aircraft Corporation. Piper became synonymous with general aviation, producing popular, affordable aircraft like the J-3 Cub and subsequently the Cherokee line, which cemented its position in the market.

For detailed maintenance across this aircraft, a variety of access solutions are utilized. Platforms and stands support thorough access to the Nose Section (Windshield & Cockpit, Bulkhead) and Forward Fuselage (Cabin Access). The Modular Stepover Platforms and Bridge Deck are ideal for navigating the Wing Box Area and providing necessary access for Landing Gear tasks (Nose Landing Gear and Main Landing Gear). For comprehensive engine and wing servicing, Reach Deck Platforms and Cantilever Platforms ensure first-class access to the Engine (Inlet/Exhaust) and Fuel Tanks. Specialized trestle scaffold and various stands facilitate access to the AFT Fuselage and Tail Section (Vertical Stabiliser and Horizontal Stabiliser). These access solutions are indispensable for methodical inspections across all critical areas.
