P.68C

The P.68C is a light, twin-engine aircraft known for its versatile utility, making it popular for personal transport, cargo, and surveillance roles. It is a development in the P.68 Victor series. The P.68C variant received certification on July 23, 1979. Over 126 units of this variant were built.

Partenavia Costruzioni Aeronautiche, the original manufacturer, was founded by Professor Luigi Pascale in Naples, Italy. The company gained recognition for its twin-engined designs, beginning with the foundational P.68, which first flew in 1970. The Partenavia line has proven resilient, with production continuing under various successors after the company’s initial operations.

To ensure comprehensive maintenance of the P.68C, a variety of access solutions are utilized. Platforms and access equipment, such as a Cantilever Platform, Super Maintenance Platform, or Modular Stepover Platforms, provide technicians with safe access to critical aircraft sections.

These solutions are foundational for maintenance tasks across the aircraft, including the Nose Section (e.g., Radome, Nose Avionics, Windshield & Cockpit) and the Forward Fuselage (e.g., Cabin Access and Cargo/Baggage areas). They are indispensable for inspecting the Landing Gear (Nose Landing Gear and Main Landing Gear), and accessing the Middle Fuselage and Wing Box Area (e.g., Wing Box, Fuel Tanks, Cabin Interior). Furthermore, specialized stands and platforms are vital for Engine maintenance on the Wing & Engine Pylon (including the Engine Inlet/Exhaust and Fan), as well as servicing the AFT Fuselage and the Tail Section (Vertical Stabiliser and Horizontal Stabiliser).
