FR172E

The FR172E is a variant of the Cessna 172, manufactured under license by REIMS Aviation S A in France. REIMS Aviation S A, founded in 1962, was established as a collaboration between the French company Henry Potez and Cessna Aircraft of the United States. Its primary role was the production of Cessna aircraft models for the European market, notably including the FR172 series, often known as the Reims Rocket, which was distinguished by its fuel-injected engine (Teledyne Continental IO-360D) and superior performance.

A comprehensive array of access solutions is used to support the maintenance of the FR172E. Platforms and stands, including Reach Deck Platform, Modular Stepover Platforms, Super Trestle Scaffold, Ultraraise, Super Service Stand, Easyraise, Bridge Deck, Cantilever Platform, A Frame Aviation Platform, and Platform Ladder Warthog, ensure detailed access across the airframe.

These tools address maintenance needs for various aircraft sections, including the Nose Section (Radome, Windshield & Cockpit, Bulkhead), Forward Fuselage (Cabin Access, Forward Wheel Well Access), Landing Gear (Nose and Main Landing Gear), Middle Fuselage / Wing Box Area (Wing Box, Fuel Tanks, Oil Maintenance), and the Wing, covering the Pylon and Engine components. Furthermore, they provide access to the AFT Fuselage and all areas of the Tail Section (Vertical and Horizontal Stabiliser, Rudder).
