FA-200-180

The FA-200-180 is part of the Fuji FA-200 Aero Subaru family, a four-seat, all-metal aircraft recognized for its low-wing design and fixed nosewheel undercarriage. Fuji Heavy Industries, the manufacturer, began production of the Aero Subaru in March 1968, following Japanese certification on July 6, 1966. Production continued until 1986, resulting in 275 units built. This aircraft is known for its reliability as a general aviation platform.

Maintaining the FA-200-180 requires specialized height access solutions. Various platforms and stands support detailed maintenance across critical sections. For the Nose Section, which includes the radome, antenna, nose avionics, windshield, cockpit, and bulkhead, access is achieved using Reach Deck Platforms, Ultraraise, and Platform Ladder Warthog.

Modular Stepover Platforms, Super Trestle Scaffold, and Super Service Stands provide access to the Forward Fuselage (Main Entry Door, cargo, cabin access, and forward wheel well), Middle Fuselage (wing box, fuel tanks, cabin interior), and AFT Fuselage (bulkhead, cargo, and rear avionics). Bridge Deck and Cantilever Platform are also utilized for wing and tail section work, ensuring thorough inspection and servicing of the Landing Gear, Wing & Engine Pylon components, and the Tail Section (stabilizers and rudder).
