ERJ 190-100 LR

The ERJ 190-100 LR is a core model in Embraer’s successful E-Jet family of regional jets. The aircraft, designed to bridge the gap between regional and mainline aircraft, first flew in March 2004 and entered service with its launch customer, Jetblue Airways, in November 2005. Embraer, a foundational Brazilian aerospace company, began its history in 1969, growing into one of the world’s leading manufacturers of commercial, military, executive, and agricultural aircraft. By January 2010, 263 E190 aircraft had been delivered globally.

A full range of platforms and access solutions support detailed maintenance for this aircraft. Products such as the Reach Deck Platform, Modular Stepover Platforms, Super Trestle Scaffold, Ultraraise, and Super Service Stand are integral for servicing critical areas.

These access solutions facilitate work on all major aircraft sections, including the Nose Section (radome, antenna, nose avionics, windshield, cockpit, and bulkhead) and the Forward Fuselage (Main Entry Door, cargo/baggage, lighting systems, cabin access, Environmental Control System, and forward wheel well access). They are equally indispensable for accessing the Landing Gear (NLG + MLG), Middle Fuselage / Wing Box Area, Wing & Engine Pylon (including the engine body, fan, compressor, and turbine), AFT Fuselage, and Tail Section. These versatile systems ensure safe and effective access across the entire aircraft structure for methodical inspections and servicing.
