A-22LS

The A-22LS, a variant of the Aeroprakt A-22 Foxbat, is a two-seat light aircraft that has achieved worldwide popularity since its first flight in 1996 and introduction around 1999/2000. It is known for being rugged and easy to fly, making it excellent for flight training. Aeroprakt, the Ukrainian manufacturer, has produced around 1,600 units of the A-22. The design features a fully steerable trailing link nose gear with a gas shock absorber, engineered for operations on rough terrain.

Various access and platform solutions are available for servicing this aircraft. A Reach Deck Platform, Modular Stepover Platforms, Super Trestle Scaffold, Ultraraise, Super Service Stand, Easyraise, Bridge Deck, and Cantilever Platform offer access for inspecting the Nose Section (Windshield & Cockpit, Avionics), Forward Fuselage (Cabin Access, Cargo), and Middle Fuselage (Cabin Interior, Wing Box). These solutions also allow personnel to reach the Wing & Engine Pylon areas, addressing needs for the Engine (Inlet/Exhaust, Body, Flap) and other components.

Access for the AFT Fuselage and Tail Section, including the Vertical and Horizontal Stabilisers, is achieved using these stands. For Landing Gear maintenance, specifically the Nose Landing Gear and Main Landing Gear, platforms and stands provide the necessary elevation and stable footing. Additionally, specialized carts and platform ladders aid in general access across the airframe.
