47-G-3B1

The 47-G-3B1 is a light, three-seat helicopter, developed primarily by Bell Aircraft Corporation in the early 1960s to improve performance at higher altitudes and temperatures. It received its Type Certificate in January 1963 and was powered by a Lycoming TVO-435-A1A engine.

While originally a Bell design, this foundational helicopter was also manufactured under license by other aerospace companies globally, including Agusta in Italy. Agusta later became part of Leonardo, maintaining the historical connection to the 47-G-3B1 lineage. Leonardo is a global leader in aerospace, defense, and security, with a strong heritage in rotary-wing aircraft development.

Access solutions like stepover platforms, scaffolding, and maintenance stands are valuable for maintaining this aircraft. These products support crucial access to the Nose Section (Windshield & Cockpit), Landing Gear, and Tail Section (Rudder, Vertical Stabilizer, and Horizontal Stabilizer). For the Wing and Engine Pylon areas, they aid in servicing the Engine body and Undercowl.
