14-13-2

The Bellanca 14-13-2 Cruisair Senior is a cherished light aircraft, introduced in 1947 as an improved version of the successful Bellanca 14-13. Pilots value this monoplane for its low operating costs and strong wing structure.

Bellanca Aircraft has a foundational history in aviation, tracing back to designs by Giuseppe Bellanca. The company gained recognition for its innovative solutions and elegant art deco aircraft designs, producing over 10,000 airplanes in its lifetime. After World War II, the manufacturer focused on private aircraft until ceasing operations in 1980, leaving a legacy of respected designs like the Cruisair.

A range of elevated work platforms and access solutions are utilized for maintaining this aircraft. Stands and platforms are available for precise work on the Nose Section, including avionics and the windshield. Modular platforms and trestle scaffold are key for accessing the Forward Fuselage, allowing technicians entry for cabin and cargo maintenance.

For the Landing Gear, specialized stands facilitate maintenance on both nose and main components. The Middle Fuselage and Wing Box areas, including fuel tanks, are easily reached using platforms that bridge across the structure. The engine area benefits from dedicated service platforms. Furthermore, access platforms and scaffolding provide the necessary height for thorough maintenance of the Tail Section, particularly the stabilizers.
