Mig/Migavia

MIG/MIGAVIA refers to the Mikoyan-Gurevich Design Bureau (now known as Russian Aircraft Corporation “MiG”), a famous Russian aerospace company primarily known for its military fighter jets.

MiG is best known for producing high-performance, supersonic jet fighters, many of which have seen widespread use globally.

Well-known historical products include the MiG-15, one of the first successful swept-wing jet fighters; the highly successful MiG-21, the most-produced supersonic jet aircraft in aviation history; and the MiG-29 “Fulcrum,” a widely exported fourth-generation fighter.

Current products and developments include the advanced MiG-35 “Fulcrum-F,” a multirole fighter, and ongoing modernization programs for the MiG-29. MIGAVIA is sometimes used to refer to the broader entity or its activities.
