The Multi-Purpose Cantilevered Stand – 45 degree access is a multi-purpose cantilevered stand ideal for safe and efficient general purpose aircraft access including the F-35 Lightning II. The cantilevered design reduces the overall footprint of the stand while increasing strength and rigidity. At the top, the work deck is cantilevered out to both sides and at the rear providing ample room for movement for MRO tasks. While the stairs at a 45 degree angle provide a comfortable and secure point of egress to carry materials and tools. Full surround guardrails and a batwing gate on top of the platform protects personnel from falls while undergoing works.
