Two check points at two different heights had our client using several height access products separately in order to perform critical tasks on an Airbus A380. This inefficient process had them looking for a singular solution that would still be able to be maneuvered by hand.

SafeSmart Aviation took measurements of the aircraft’s maintenance points and designed this simple dual-level system. High-tensile aluminum makes it easy and fast to remove and redeploy, and splayed legs and foot-lockable castors make it very stable.

Swinging handrails make access fast, complete with full-surround fall protection.
